ABOUT ME

I’m Michael, an AIF qualified Personal Trainer.

I have always enjoyed sport and played Hockey at a state level.

Having experienced a number of significant injuries and health challenges myself, I understand the importance of rehabilitation, improving mobility and functional fitness. 

As a new Dad, I also understand the challenges of fitting in fitness with family, and have experience supporting women on their pregnancy and postpartum fitness journey. 

Through Kurralta Fitness, I aim to share the knowledge I have gained to help others achieve their own health, fitness, and wellbeing goals. 

Why train with me?

Let’s keep it simple – there is no B.S. when you train with me. That means no gimmicks or fad diets, just a focus on improving your mobility and functional fitness so you can feel great and see real benefits in your daily life.

In the privacy of the Kurralta Fitness studio, I will work with you to assess your current fitness and mobility and then create a plan to achieve your goals.

You can expect:

  •  Private, clean, well-equipped studio – no competing for equipment in the gym or spreading germs with strangers.  

  • Focus on form and mobility to minimise injury and improve your daily life

  • Personalised programs and support to achieve your goals.

  • Family friendly environment, including parent friendly small group classes if you need to bring bub along to train with you.

Workout Lesson

  • Circuit style training in our studio

  • Maximum 5 participants - experience personalised training in a social environment.
